* Operate the mixer grinder at the specified voltage for optimum efficiency.
* While grinding for idly / dosa batter, soak the rice or dal 6 to 8 hours, depending upon the hardness.

* Before grinding coconut cut it into small pieces not more than 1.5 cm cube for better result.
* Let the hot ingredients cool off before putting into the jar.
* In dry grinding it is always advisable to avoid over grinding which can cause the powder turn sticky.
* The jars cannot substitute for a storage shelf. So avoid storing food in jars after use.

Technology

The unique and innovative cutting-edge technology that makes the Grinding Process more fast and more easy. Based on the internationally acclaimed new-generation technology. Here the revolution (twist) of each Blade will be three times the revolution of an ordinary one. The Upward, Downward and Sidewise twists (Triple Twister Mechanism) of the blade generate more Pressure inside the jar. This extra pressure enhances the Grinding Process right from the beginning to the end, making it more faster... more easier.
