A few tips for better performance
* Before the first use and after long unuse, check to see
if shaft rotates smoothly.
* The mixer should be placed at a convenient height to operate
easily having clear space around to keep various items at
hand required while operating. The ventilation holes at the
bottom of the motor unit should be kept clear.
* Operate the mixer grinder at the specified voltage for optimum
efficiency.
* While grinding for idly / dosa batter, soak the rice or
dal 6 to 8 hours, depending upon the hardness.
* While grinding for rice batter, keep the jar only half-filled
to enable continuous operation without the shutting off motor
due to overload.
* Before grinding coconut cut it into small pieces not more
than 1.5 cm cube for better result.
* Let the hot ingredients cool off before putting into the
jar.
* In dry grinding it is always advisable to avoid over grinding
which can cause the powder turn sticky.
* The jars cannot substitute for a storage shelf. So avoid
storing food in jars after use.
* While grinding hard substances like turmeric, please ensure
that it is well pounded before
putting in the grinding jar.
* Avoid using hand for filling or cleaning out jars. It is
more hygienic to use spatula.
* Hold Dome/Flat lids gently while mixer is in operation.
* While dry grinding, friction may heat up the jar. It has
nothing to do with the motor. So do not worry.
A few points to take care
* Keep the air outlets clean to aid the cooling of the motor.
* Let the blade fully stop before removing the jar or opening
the jar lid.
* Use the spatula for sampling or handling the mixing item
in the jar. Avoid using hand.
* Keep the mixer and jar away from gas flame and electrical
heater.
* Avoid placing the mixer on thin plastic, paper or cloth
that can get stuck in the
ventilation, thereby causing heating up of motor.
* Do not let the mains cord hang over the edges of tables
or counter or touch hot surfaces.
* Do not run the mixer unless the jar is in position. Ensure
that the lids of the jars are firmly placed too.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Always remove the plug from the power socket before cleaning
the mixer.
For cleaning the jar, fill the jar with warm water and run
the mixer for half a minute. Empty the content and wipe the
jar with a dry cloth. Always keep the jars upside down after
use. Clean the motor housing with a damp cloth. Never immerse
the motor housing in water or rinse it. Remove the gasket
and clean after use every time to avoid food deposition.
Do not wash the parts with abrasive materials like thinner,
petrol or cleaning powder with caustic contents.
Precautions
* Do not place the jar on the housing-top seating while the
motor is running. This will damage the coupler.
* Do not operate the jar without the lid in place.
* Do not operate the mixer with empty jars.
* Do not touch the blade or moving parts in operation.
* Do not leave the mixer unattended in operation.
* Do not attempt to overload the jars above the recommended
quantity.
* Do not keep the mixer plugged to the mains when the mixer
is not in use.
* Do not allow children to handle the mixer. Close supervision
is necessary when mixer is operated near children.
* Do not keep the mixer near heat or under direct sunlight.
* Do not immerse the motor unit or mains cord in water.
* Do not tamper with your mixer or attempt to get it repaired
by unauthorised persons. In case of any working

Technology
The unique and innovative cutting-edge technology that makes
the Grinding Process more fast and more easy. Based on the
internationally acclaimed new-generation technology. Here
the revolution (twist) of each Blade will be three times the
revolution of an ordinary one. The Upward, Downward and Sidewise
twists (Triple Twister Mechanism) of the blade generate more
Pressure inside the jar. This extra pressure enhances the
Grinding Process right from the beginning to the end, making
it more faster... more easier.
